These terms and conditions constitute the full and complete Service Agreement between the Customer and Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. (“Company,” “We,” “Us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. Please review this Agreement carefully. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company agrees to provide residential and commercial rug, carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services (the “Service”) to the Customer at an address specified by the Customer (the “Premises”). The Service will include the cleaning tasks as agreed upon with the Customer at the time of booking. The Company will provide one or more cleaners (the “Cleaner”) to attend the Premises to provide the Service at a time and date mutually agreed between the Company and the Customer (the “Service Time”). The Company endeavors to provide the Service diligently, professionally, and in a timely manner. Any changes to the Service must be agreed upon by the Company prior to the Service Time. If the Customer requires additional services or variations while the Service is being performed, the Customer must first contact the Company by email, phone, or text message. The Cleaner is not authorized to agree to any changes directly with the Customer, and such changes must be requested through the Company. The Customer represents and warrants that: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: The Customer agrees to notify the Company in advance if there are any known pest issues. Cleaners will not enter premises with known pest problems unless treated by a certified pest control company. If not notified, the Customer agrees to cover any additional costs related to cleaning and disinfecting tools or treating pest infestations that may spread. The Customer acknowledges that carpets, floors, and upholstery will take time to dry. Until dry, they may be slippery and pose a safety hazard. The Customer will inform others on the Premises of these risks and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents. The Company is not liable for accidents caused by slipping or falling. The Customer is responsible for moving furniture from areas to be cleaned. The Cleaner may move light furniture at their discretion. The Cleaner is not liable for damage caused by large furniture items left in place, including damage from rust or stain transfer. The Cleaner reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the cost of cleaning based on claims. The carpet cleaning process requires hoses, one of which may be hot. The Customer will inform all persons on the Premises of the hoses’ presence and take precautions. The front door will be cracked open to accommodate hoses, and the Customer should ensure that children and pets do not run outside. The Company uses cleaning chemicals, such as pre-sprays, spot treatments, and deodorizers. The Customer will inform the Company of any special requirements before the cleaning begins. The Company is not liable for any health issues resulting from the chemicals. Customers are advised to consult the SDS for any chemicals used and to avoid using the cleaned surfaces until completely dry. In some cases, cleaning may cause color changes. The Cleaner is not liable for any color shifts or losses, which may occur due to prior chemical use or permanent staining. The Company reserves the right to replace, repair, or refund cleaning costs for claims. The Customer agrees not to engage, employ, or contract with any Cleaner without written permission from the Company, both during the service provision and for one year after. Prices quoted are estimates, and the final cost will depend on the actual time and materials required. If additional costs arise during the Service, the Customer will be offered the option to accept the increased fee or pay the quoted amount with the Service incomplete. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or on the Company website. The Customer agrees to provide necessary information about risks or hazards at the Premises during the booking. The Company reserves the right to alter prices based on inaccurate information or failure to disclose hazards. If payment is not made immediately after the service, a $50 late fee applies per week, with interest charged at 10% per annum. The Customer is responsible for legal costs related to any collection efforts. The Customer indemnifies the Company against all losses, liabilities, and legal costs resulting from the provision of the Service, including breaches of the Customer’s warranties. Any accidents, breakages, or thefts must be reported within 24 hours of Service completion. The Company is not liable for losses involving cash, jewelry, art, antiques, or items of sentimental value. The customer should put away any valuables prior to the arrival of the Cleaner. The Customer must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule the Service. If no notice is given, a $100 cancellation fee applies. If the Customer fails to provide access to the Premises, a $75 fee will be charged for administrative and travel costs. The Company may use Customer information for service provision and marketing. The Company agrees not to share this information with third parties unless required by law or for relevant marketing activities. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will take effect 24 hours after being posted on the Company’s website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. By using Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc.’s services, you agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. The techs arrived on time. Performed a thorough job. Explained various things as they went along.
