Upholstery Cleaning in the Chicagoland Area

Trust Koshgarian for all your upholstery cleaning needs. We specialize in all materials and special-care fabrics – silk, suede, leather, woven, microfiber, dry-clean only and more.

Did you know most manufacturers recommend professional upholstery cleaning every 12 to 18 months? This not only will remove stubborn stains but will also prolong the life of your expensive furniture. Sure, you probably vacuum with each weekly cleaning but that won’t remove all those deep-down dirt, oils and odors that build up from daily use. That’s a job for a professional. But don’t trust just any “cleaning service” to handle this delicate job! Upholstery cleaning brings very specific challenges and if done wrong can produce disastrous results.

That’s where the experts at Koshgarian come in. We professionally train our two-person crews to evaluate your upholstery and determine the best cleaning method. Whether it’s shampoo, dry-cleaning, steam-cleaning or a combination of all three, our specialists will take the utmost care with your upholstered furniture. Prior to cleaning, our team will inspect your furniture and spot-treat where needed. And if you wish, they can apply a topical after-treatment to protect your upholstery and keep it clean longer. Our teams also take care of your entire home and will protect your flooring with drop clothes and use fans to speed up the drying time. One visit from Koshgarian and you’ll feel like you’ve just bought new furniture.

The average adult spends about 33 percent of their life asleep, meaning our beds get a lot of use. While most people clean the hard surfaces of their home once every few days, beds often get neglected. Attempting to clean a mattress without the proper equipment usually means the true benefits of cleaning your mattress are not being achieved.

At Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc., we have a professional staff that can ensure you and your family enjoy clean, like-new mattresses, and better nights of sleep all year round. Our staff are trained in the best methods for efficient, effective, deep cleaning. This eliminates any stains, and odors which may be plaguing your bed.

However, a clean mattress offers more than cosmetic benefits. By eliminating the dust that can accumulate deep within the fabric, risks for asthma, bronchitis, eczema, and dermatitis are reduced. Additionally, even mold, mildew, and bacteria can grow in the depths of a mattress, but a deep cleaning can eliminate these health risks.

Mites, lice, scabies and bed bugs can be especially disruptive to a good night’s sleep, but these small insects are difficult to eliminate without the proper equipment. However, cleaning from our Koshgarian professionals can help you get a better night’s sleep without the headache of attempting to eliminate them yourself.

Regular professional mattress cleaning can also extend the life of your bed, saving you money in the long term. Why replace your mattress when Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. can make your bed feel and look like new?
